Sketchbook Tour! (How I use my sketchbook to improve art)
Today, I’m inviting you into one of the most personal parts of my creative journey—my sketchbook.
But this isn’t the kind of sketchbook you’ll find perfectly curated on Instagram. Nope. Mine’s messy, full of ink spills, unfinished sketches, wild experiments, and pages that are more about process than perfection. And honestly? That’s exactly how it should be.
In this video, I’m flipping through my sketchbook with you and sharing what I’ve learned about using it as a space to grow, experiment, and most importantly, play. You’ll see the page where I spilled ink everywhere (yep, even on the cover), and how that "mistake" ended up being one of my biggest lessons in letting go.
If you’ve ever felt stuck staring at a blank page, or like your art has to be flawless to be "worthy," this is your reminder that your sketchbook is a tool—not a portfolio.
✨ Watch the video below to see how I use my sketchbook to break free from perfectionism and reconnect with joy in my art.
If this speaks to your heart and you’re ready to turn your sketchbook into a space of creativity and confidence, I’d love for you to join me in Supercharge Your Art in 14 Days—a mini course designed to help you fill your sketchbook with freedom and purpose. Click here for more details.
Let’s make messy, meaningful art together.
